Description
Japanese summer's almost there! 
Last year I challenged to explain summery scene.
This year I concentrated more on a person. I decided to draw yukata, since I haven't been good at drawing it. ( ...because I've been more in favor of medieval fantasy than Japanese tradition XD )
As usual, there are errors. However I recognize most of them, if not all, I'll be able to apply what I should have done to the next work...
I'm not sure if I go to the local festival this year. But if I do I'll put a photo on my webcam as I did last year.
Everything from sketch through final effects done on Photoshop 6.0.

I like this draw and everywere aspect of a anime girl that has, because a colorful is seen fine and is beautiful girl of anime, and I Remember to Hotaru Tomoe (Sailor Saturn). I have seen since several years ago with this draw.
