Cats are always lovely. Neko~~!! XD

This time I just turned just-for-fun style so that I can recover from the biggest artist block ever had. I guess it's worked out and here it is.

At the same time, I've been trying to correct anatomy since this summer. As a result of on-train-training, it's got better than before.

Some may not like this just-cute-'n'-kawaii picture. I know. But the purpose of the picture was to regain the power and energy toward painting, which's been accomplished. Hence, it's OK...for now.

Finally, I'd like to show my total gratitude to all of the people who encouraged and supported me when I was completely stuck. Without your great support I wouldn't have resolved the problem. Thank you.

Everything from sketch through final effects done on Photoshop6 as usual.


Oh I almost forgot. Happy new year! ^^/

O_O Omg, you are such a good artist. The forshortening of the legs is very well done. The colors and lighting are very well applied and gives the image a very cheery and warm feeling. It's a very refreshing image when it comes down to it. I really like the contrast of the blue of her apron and dress to the brown to reddish colors around her. I'm very glad that your art block is gone. ^o^ And if you ever need help or support you can just ask! :heart:

The picture looks soo soft, my compliments!
I love the ray of light that's coming from above, it gives that extra touch.
Oh and you putted in some nice details of the folds in her dress, and the couch.

I love the white kitty that the neko-girl is petting~~ It looks like my fluffly kitty, Jam, only without orange spots XD
The ears look so soft, I want to pet them ~~
Your coloring is so good omgggg....*STEALS YOUR TALENT ;A;*

The only weird thing is the lights shining down through the whole picture from the ceiling...it kinda makes it looks as though the window is a big one on the ceiling? XD;;
Other than that, I'd say it's SUPER nice!!
